It worked!! Thank you! Also, my printer was not “detecting” the cartridge so I pushed the end of the cartridge that has the micro chip, up, and that worked. I suppose it’s contacting the chip reader better? Really!! There should be a class action lawsuit against these companies that intentionally and willfully manufacture cheap products that end up in our landfill.
